The team of The Grand is young and bursting with passion and motivation. Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam values personal growth and therefore we employ a fulltime training manager. We offer interns at The Grand responsibility and personal coaching to support you in your development. Also, during your internship you can follow various cross-training courses which will allow you to see other departments of the hotel and broaden your knowledge about the hotel industry. The apprentice salary is based on the Horeca CAO. It is also possible that you will receive a travel allowance and you can use the canteen every day for lunch/dinner.
