As Reservations Agent, you are responsible for all reservations that come in through the various channels. Every guest has different wishes and needs, which is why we offer personal and tailor-made service. This makes every reservation special!
You also advise and inform our guests, tour operators and travel agencies about our various facilities and services. You are the point of contact for all hotel departments. Therefore, it is important to build a good relationship with our various partners.
In addition, you are involved in preparing quotations, maintaining reports and you play an important role in optimizing room occupancy. So, your sales skills will come in handy!

What you will bring to the role
- You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus
- You have experience within the Front Office or Reservations
- Experience with the Opera system is a plus!
