What are you going to do in this position?
As (Demi) Chef de Rang, it is key that you can keep a helicopter view during the service. You will guide your team to ensure high quality service and that all our guests leave the restaurants more than satisfied. Your main focus will be in our fine dining restaurant Bridges. Besides guiding the team, you engage with our guests with personalized service to create unforgettable memories.
Having a thorough knowledge of beverages, wine and food enables you to fully represent our brand and products. Furthermore, you get excited by the idea of exceeding our guests’ expectations with your unexpected ideas and creativity to make sure our guests feel welcome and special!

To qualify for this position, we ask the following:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus and other languages are always welcome
- You have a passion for hostmanship and good knowledge of Luxury Hospitality
- You are flexible and have good leadership skills
