Accounts Payable Employee

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices and preparing payments. You ensure that all purchase invoices are checked, coded, and posted according to the correct procedures, and you contact suppliers if you have any questions or if anything is unclear. You will manage the accounts payable administration and ensure that payments are made within the agreed terms. In addition, you will contribute ideas about financial processes and how to improve them. Questions from the intern? You will help him or her get started where necessary. In short, no two days are the same as an Accounts Payable Clerk, and that's what makes this job so much fun!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

You have a degree in Finance or Hospitality. A degree from a hotel management school is a plus.

You have an analytical mind and an eye for detail.

You have previous administrative experience from a previous job or internship.

You speak and write English fluently. Dutch is a nice bonus. 

You live in (or near) Amsterdam.

SUPPORT OFFICE

A young, fresh, unconventional hotel chain with a slightly different approach. That's Leonardo Hotels. A no-nonsense approach is what characterizes us. Leonardo Hotels operates in the Benelux and has 16 hotels. The employees of our Support Office perform tasks related to their discipline for all these hotels. Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Human Resources are centralized and work across the board for the hotels in the Benelux. A fixed workplace? Not for us! The employees in these departments regularly visit the various hotels and occasionally work in the Support Office at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. No two days are the same, which makes the work varied and challenging!
