Breakfast Chef

Rise and shine! You are really a morning person and like to be active in the early hours. A morning mood? You will never have to worry about that! Before the rest of the Netherlands wakes up, you will be in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the guests. You like to provide our guests with a good start to the day. You work with local and fresh products, and that makes you happy. Your creativity provides new ideas for the breakfast buffet and you are happy to contribute them. A clean kitchen is important to you and you are aware of the HACCP rules.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD BREAKFAST COOK?

• You have completed a chef training course or at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen.
• You are energetic, cheerful and HOSPITAL! For you, hospitality means going the extra mile. You are creative and try to surprise the guest every morning.
• You are proactive, a born team player.
• In addition, you are flexible and available on weekends and holidays, and you live in (near) Amsterdam.
• You have knowledge of HACCP.
