Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for exceptional guest experiences? Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, a luxurious haven in the heart of Amsterdam, is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Manager to elevate our guest services to new heights.

As our Front Office Manager, you will be at the heartbeat of our guest experience. You will lead a passionate team, ensuring that every guest is welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Your creativity and leadership skills will shape our front office operations, optimizing procedures while maintain our high standards of service. In this role you will report to the Director of Front of House.

Key responsabilities:
  • Oversee all Front Office operations.
  • Handle recruitment, training, coaching and schduling of the team members.
  • Monitor invoices and manage cash flow.
  • Achieve targets related to guest and team satisfaction, quality, revenue and guest loyalty KPI’s.

What you will bring to the role
  • Leadership skills; inspire and mentor your team to provide outstanding service.
  • Guest-centric mindset; anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Communication skills; fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Experience; minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.
