Be limitless
During your shift you make sure that everything runs smoothly. If a waiter cannot solve a complain, you jump in to help. You check that the orders are correct, and the employees are well supervised and trained, as you are not always on the floor. Together with the whole team, you make sure that everything is going according to plan and at the end you hand the shift over neatly to the colleagues taking over. This way the colleagues are up to date. Moreover, you are responsible for administrative tasks, such as processing and checking payments, and carrying out two annual staff evaluations, together with the (assistant) Restaurant & Bar Manager. Your work hours depend on where you are working that day; bar, restaurant or room service. For our restaurant and the room service, your working times are from 07:00 till 15:00 and from 15:00 till 23:00. You are also, open for a shift change. For the bar, the working times are from 09:00 till 17:00, from 15:00 till 23:00, and from 16:00 till 00:00.
