Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you are the right hand of the Restaurant Manager of NYX Hotel Amsterdam! You spend a lot of time on the work floor doing operational work, and you are the representative between the operations team and management. But you also help behind the scenes with coming up with great ideas to make our concept even better! You will also help coordinate large events and VIP service.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have completed a related MBO level 4 training and gained experience within a comparable company.
• You have managerial experience.
• You have a passion for Food & Beverage and are culinary skilled.
• You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
• You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
• You are stress-resistant and have a good overview.
• You are a real team player.
