What will you be doing?

As a Cost Control Employee at The Grand, we ensure that all goods and supplies for the various departments of the hotel are efficiently managed. As a Cost Control Employee, you will support the Cost Controller in a variety of operational and administrative tasks, from physically checking deliveries to making sure all orders are distributed correctly.

You will also assist in:

• Communicate daily with suppliers
• Check internal delivery systems and update all records
• Physically organize containers with goods at our receiving center
• Ensure stock levels are kept up to date
• Pick up deliveries and sort them for each department
• Coordinate with all departments to meet their needs
• Keep the purchase administration up to date
• Support with invoice processing and inventory reporting
